Tutiri is a brand new self contained studio situated minutes from the main village of Oneroa, the beach and passenger ferry.

Positioned in a quiet, peaceful location, and close to all amenities, this property makes a great base from which to explore the island. Tastefully decorated in a modern relaxed style, with a bright and spacious feel - you will be sure to enjoy your Island escape in this lovely property.

This spacious studio has a queen sized bed, comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV (freeview and DVD player), new bathroom, kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Everything you need to enjoy your Waiheke getaway!

Please note: Rates include linen and exit cleaning. Minimum stays: 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Tutiri is not suitable for children.

This place is cozy, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the ferry. We enjoyed the museum, Indian restaurant that was very close by. The island is beautiful and the bus service made it easy to get around. We enjoyed a wine tour and a sailboat race while on the Island! Our only regret is that we didn’t come to the Island directly from our flight to enjoy another day.

We had a great stay here. The house is perfect for two and is nicely outfitted and beautifully kept. Everything works. There’s excellent Indian food for dine-in or take-away just steps from the house. Great little French take-away breakfast bar across from the library, also just steps away. Fine dining and gourmet grocers in town, still only a walk away. You can grab a bus to almost anywhere on Waiheke if you have an AT HOP card, which works for the ferry, also. The bus from the ferry to the first stop at the library puts you very close to the beach house. No need to rent a car. We’d really like to return to Waiheke and would stay here again. Waiheke is a beautiful island and this beach house is a gem.

Delightful wee cottage right in the heart of Oneroa but somehow still feels private and peaceful. Immaculate in its cleanliness and decor. We had such a lovely weekend away, can’t wait to come back again!

The booking, check-in and whole time at Tutiri was easy and a pleasure. Great hosts and the place was clean, tidy and oragnised. The "Beach House" was very walkable (8 mins) to the shops and eateries in Oneroa and accessible for driving about the whole Island. Highly recommended place to base your self when coming across from Auckland or wherever. The Beach theme decor created the relaxing atmosphere that set up a nice weekend away! The little extras made it A+ x 1,000.

A perfect location as it’s close to the Oneroa shops and beach. The local restaurants and eateries were plentiful and offered a great choice of food to eat in or takeaway. Buses to and from the rest of Waiheke were easily accessible and the cost very cheap and easy to use. When next we visit I will again book a stay at this BnB as I couldn’t fault it.
