Overlooking the sparkling waters of the Hauraki Gulf, this renovated villa has been made to feel right at home on Waiheke Island.

Oozing character and style and beautifully positioned in a great Kiwi garden. Perched high above the turquoise waters, the prime hillside position looks out to Palm Beach and the gulf islands, also taking in the rolling countryside and native bush towards the city. The elevated site allows the villa to enjoy all day sun, blue skies and blue seas. Covered wraparound verandas offer choices of sun or shelter and a spacious outdoor seating/BBQ area. Guests enjoy the outdoor spa bath and shower.

The majestic villa with it's central wide corridor entrance, leads from the vast living room at the front of the house taking in the commanding views. The dining room and kitchen offer ample space and facilities to congregate and enjoy with family and friends. 4 generous bedrooms provide guests with privacy and sanctuary to retreat to.

A wonderful garden and courtyard ensures you can enjoy your outdoor areas, not to mention the verandas to sit back on and take in the breathtaking views. This property really will afford you the best holiday in a wonderful home and location.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 Queen bed, Bedroom 4 - Superking bed (can be split into 2 singles upon request), Sleepout (external access/no bathroom) - queen bed.

Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay, including beach towels. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Rates are based on 8 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for guests 9-10. Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. From the moment we walked up the stairs to going onto this property, we were "wowed", amazing views out to the gulf/sea, big warm rooms, nicely furnished and a hot pool to just float away the cares. Beautiful. A wee drive up the hill to get to the place but absolutely worth it.

We found this property to be in a great central location and the perfect place to celebrate a 60th, with a room for everyone and lots of area's so we were not in each other's space, the hot tub and views topped of a great weekend. Also a bonus to be allowed to bring the dog away was nice! Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely home, lovely outlook and such a pleasant outside setting with Spa and beautiful tree with swing. The beds and linen excellent and thank you for the eco store products - and good quality towels ( and T towels. ! ).

Beautiful house with stunning views. Very warm, clean and comfortable. Having the spa was lovely for our winter holiday. Good amenities with fully equipped kitchen, wifi, Sky TV, two showers and a bath. Great location with a track down to Palm Beach.

The house was perfect to spend some time with good friends. Easy to get about the Island from, walk down to the beach and come back relax in the hot tub. we also gathered some fine food and wine and enjoyed cooking at the house and dining in the beautiful dinning room. The house really made the weekend special.

House is well positioned as a base to the many vineyards - spa and outdoor shower well used after an afternoon of cycling. Weather was wild but very comfortable inside with adjustable internal heating. Recommend the house as a weekend getaway.

Fabulous family getaway. The hot tub was divine. Lovely old villa. Some gorgeous character features and lounge large enough to gather in. Card games and family fun. The fifth bedroom is a little getaway on its own, great for the young couple among us. Good linen, decent towels, clean bathroom and kitchen. Good facilities. Only thing was one of the toilets was malfunctioning but thankfully there was another. Goooood water pressure too, and nothing like natural water for drinking. Lovely big dining room for meal times and excellent outdoor dining area too. We would love to stay again sometime. Many thanks.

We had the best time for a gals weekend away! Beautiful location, peaceful and wonderful views. Unfortunately it rained the whole time but the spa was amazing and it was super cozy inside. A 5 min to town to get brekky and a few drinks at the local bars at night. Highly recommend this.
