The Rangihoua Villa is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment – reopening late Dec 2022
This property is set within landscaped gardens, has a large in-ground swimming pool, with spacious indoor
and outdoor living and dining areas, with 180-degree views of Waiheke Island and beyond.
The open plan living, features a fully equipped chefs kitchen with a walk in pantry and indoor dining for up
to 8 people, and comfortable lounge with wood burning fire.
The new outdoor cooking area has a signature Big Green Egg ceramic and charcoal grill, space for 12 guests
to dine comfortably, and stunning sunset views over Rangitoto Island towards Auckland City.
With four double bedrooms, three full bathrooms (two with amazing soaking tubs), guest toilet, and second TV
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 2 - superking
bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 3 - superking bed (can be split to singles upon request),
Bedroom 4 - queen bed.
Please note: All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival. A linen hire charge of $20
per person or $25 per person to include beach towels and an exit cleaning fee of $250 applies to each booking.
Minimum stays: 7 nights mid December to early January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday
weekends, 2 nights all other times. Small dogs considered on request only and must be approved in writing.
