Woodside Bay Estate is a stunning retreat that features breathtaking views and includes a spa and swimming pool, making it the ideal destination for an unforgettable getaway on Waiheke Island.

Nestled in the exclusive Woodside Bay area, the estate provides a private oasis for the whole family to relax and recharge. The beautifully decorated four-bedroom home offers generous space for extended families, making it a place you'll never want to leave. However, the famed wineries and gorgeous beaches are only a short drive away. The property is designed for comfort, featuring multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as cozy spaces to unwind.

Waiheke Island is renowned for its picturesque beaches, scenic coastal walks, and outstanding vineyards and dining experiences—all of which can be easily enjoyed from the tranquil setting of Woodside Bay Estate.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - one single bed plus rollaway bed, Bedroom 4 - one single bed. There is a 5th sleeping space (the Loft) with a queen mattress. The loft is in/above the main bedroom and accessed by a steep ladder. The 4th bedroom is accessed via the 3rd bedroom.

Please note: We can accommodate 10 guests with a maximum of 6 adults at Woodside Bay Estate. Minimum stays: 7 nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. A $300 exit clean fee and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay including beach towels applies to all bookings. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.
