This fun and wonderfully unique home playfully combines design, architecture, glamping and romantic living in a spectacular location for a truly memorable Waiheke stay.

Nestled amongst the vineyards and olive groves and within a five to twenty minute walk to award winning vineyards/restaurant and stunning Onetangi beach, the Yurts at Obsidian View is perfectly positioned to explore the best of what Waiheke has to offer. With its architecturally designed barn and two large luxurious Yurts, you can indulge in a variety of comforts and activities. Find a picnic spot in the grove, curl up with your favourite holiday read, watch a movie or simply relax in the lush comfort of the beautifully appointed Yurts and surroundings.The barn houses a modern kitchen, dining area and full bathroom with the space opening out onto a festoon lit courtyard with BBQ, outdoor table setting, and outdoor shower too!

Bed configuration: Large Yurt: 1 x super king bed (can be split to singles on request), 1 x bunk beds. Smaller Yurt 1 x super king bed (can be split to singles on request).

Please note: Access to the property is via 4 wheel drive only. This will include taxis. A compulsory exit clean of $200 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults at the yurts as the bunk beds are suited to children. Minimum stays: 7 nights New Years week, 4 nights from mid December to early January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
