Perched on the cliffs above Hekerua Bay, this beautiful home designed by Fearon Hay, makes the most of the surrounding sea views and provides a perfect place for a holiday on Waiheke Island.

This beautiful architectural home provides the perfect place to relax. It truly is perched on the clifftop with stunning uninterrupted sea views. The sea views can be enjoyed from the open plan living area and the master bedroom whilst the outdoor pool and seating area allow you to enjoy the full grandeur of Hekerua Bay. At the back of the house an outdoor fireplace provides warmth for the chillier evenings. The sitting area also has an open fire and the fully equipped designer kitchen is great for those who like cooking, however the house is in close proximity to some of Waiheke's award winning vineyards and restaurants. The house has three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms and so can comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants, all of which can be enjoyed just a short drive from Atatu Clifftop.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed, Bedroom 2 - king bed, Bedroom 3 - twin beds.

Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Atatu Clifftop. The property is not suitable for children due to a steep drop to the cliffs below. Minimum stays: 7 nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. A compulsory $250 exit clean fee applies and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay, including beach towels. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.

We had a great stay and the house is beautiful in design and in a magnificent location. The view is heavenly. It’s well equipped and everything works well. Only issue is the tree species has tiny spikes that fly everywhere so shake the outside cushions vigorously. But five stars! Clara was wonderful. Make sure you dine at Mudbrick and Ke Maha.

Unmatched views and privacy on Waiheke! The property is so nice that we really didn't want to venture out much. The hosts were helpful and offered recommendations. Do yourself a favor and go for a walk on one of the islands many nature paths as a fun way to get to dinner.
