Situated just minutes from the white sands of stunning Palm Beach, Barefoot Spirit is a light and airy holiday home with beautiful sea views.

The purpose built beach house opens to let nature in yet feels completely private for guests to relax and unwind . A large sun drenched entertaining deck connects the open plan kitchen and living area to a free standing double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. An additional two double bedrooms (each with private deck) accessed via an external staircase, full bath and laundry area are located on the lower level of the main house.

The bach is in a great central location for exploring the island. Palm Beach, the bus stop, a dairy, The Red Shed art gallery and Arcadia cafe are within a few minutes walk and a short drive will get you to the supermarket, ferries, iconic Saturday farmer's market, galleries and shopping as well as Waiheke's amazing vineyards and restaurants. Barefoot Spirit is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing retreat by the sea on Waiheke Island!

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - double bed, Bedroom 2 - double bed, Bedroom 3 - double bed

Please Note: A compulsory exit clean of $200 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

The barefoot spirit was a wonderful escape nestled among the trees! It’s a very unique layout with an abundance flexible walls you can open up to create an indoor / outdoor layout. One thing that’s not obvious from the description is that the bedrooms are detached from the main house which we didn’t mind but it might be a consideration for some groups. The main room gets beautiful sunlight and overlooks the ocean! And the beach is only a 7 minute walk and it’s absolutely stunning and quaint. There is also a nice restaurant in walking distance. Loved it

Liz was so helpful and the place was perfect for what we needed. It was a 3 min walk to the beach and if you didn’t want to take a car there is a bus from the bottom of the road. Nothing was a problem, we asked for a late check out and was given an additional 2 hours. Would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing place to stay. Was my first time to Waiheke and I absolutely loved it. So close to the beach. Amazing open windowed house looking out the water in the surrounds of the bush. I will definitely be back to stay as soon as I can. Highly recommend especially with the helpfulness and quick response with communication. 10/10 from us
