Meander down the outside stairs to this elevated property which provides wonderful views from the wrap around deck.

Doors open to the deck from the upper bedroom and living area whilst the lower bedroom opens out to the garden. Enjoy outdoor meals using the fully equipped kitchen or the BBQ, and enjoy the sea views from the comfortable living area. There is also room to park the boat.

Waiheke is known for its outstanding beaches and natural beauty as well as its award-winning wines.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom - 2 - queen bed

Please note: Rates are based on 2 guests with an additional fee of $50.00 per person, per night up to 4 guests. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults at the property. Minimum stays - 7 nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights for all holiday weekends, 2 nights all other times. Linen hire is available for $20 per person, per stay. A compulsory exit clean fee of $150 applies to each booking.
