Blackpool House

Great destination with lots of privacy and great surroundings. Walkable to the local shops, beaches and can easily walk to the bus stop from the house. Nice location not too far from the ferry. Very clean and instructions and recommendations were great. Would recommend

This property is professionally managed by Stay Waiheke, so its a bit more organized than the average air bnb. I was impressed with the variety of options they could offer, like renting us a car or arranging the fridge to be stocked with breakfast items or even champagne and oysters. The property itself is a dream with a private forested backdrop. Gorgeous little house with modern amenities and tastefully selected retro decor touches. My favorite was eating breakfast on the porch and listening to the orchestral birdsongs. Recommend

The most tranquil space to spend time in. I needed peace and calm and to be in nature and slow down and I found everything I was looking for. Love the lay out and the design of the house and how it has been built so sensitively to the surrounding light, it feels like being in a tree house. Love the kitchen and how easy it was to get around it as I cooked from scratch. I loved the bathroom and the shower and how good and hot the water got. The bed was super comfortable. I didn't have a car and could walk to Palm Beach and everywhere else and the walks were all stunning. This is absolutely the best Airbnb house I've stayed in.

Something about great architecture and framing windows that show off nature as art. Just loved this. Loved the nod to the quirky retro vibe. Great bedding, fully stocked kitchen. Close enough to things but yet in quiet seclusion. Was perfect for our ten year anniversary.

What a place! We loved it. It was beautifully designed and we loved the retro furniture. Great wifi, too, which was convenient for when I had to do work (and my husband could watch TV - hah!). Stunning views, right by the trail down to Blackpool Beach, walkable to Oneroa and the restaurants there - absolutely no complaints and Stay Waiheke’s guest services were super responsive and helpful. So glad we stayed here and highly recommend. Parking was super easy, too.

This was an absolutely incredible stay. It was a private hideaway that was excellently furnished and a short walk to the village of Oneroa! Would absolutely stay here again!

Truly wonderful stay, it’s a super property and is so tranquil sitting out on the deck looking at the majestic trees. Inside is equally lovely with everything inside beautifully crafted. We had a fantastic time !

Blackpool House was our beautiful sanctuary for a few days, and we felt very lucky! The multi-levels made the place feel very open. It was decorated with such care, you could tell the owners took pride in their place. What a stay! We’d be back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely awesome stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, the views are absolutely stunning and the place is extremely well kept. Very private and spacious. Well worth the money.
