The accommodation is set on 2 levels, with the main living area, decks and kitchen on the upper level along with 2 bedrooms, an ensuite and an additional toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a second living and dining area. The ground floor also accommodates the main bathroom and 3 more bedrooms, one with an ensuite. This level opens up to the pool and spa area with additional outdoor seating.

It is in an excellent location to access all the best that Waiheke has to offer. Stunning Palm Beach is about 10 minutes walk away via an easy walking track from the garden.  

Other things to note: POOL CAN BE HEATED ON REQUEST for $150 in winter and $100 in other seasons.

Bed Configuration:  Bedroom 1 - Superking, Bedroom 2 - Superking bed, Bedroom 3 - Superking bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 4 - two singles, Bedroom 5 - one queen bed plus two single beds if required.

Please note: An exit clean fee of $400 and a compulsory linen charge of $20 per person or $25 per person to include beach towels applies to all bookings. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and end of January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
