Cape Cottage in Oneroa village is beautifully presented and well equipped for a relaxing family holiday by the sea.

Situated in close proximity to the shops, galleries and cafes and a short walk to the white sands of Oneroa beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property offers all the comforts of home including a lovely gas fire and plenty of room to spread out with family and friends. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas are light and bright and open the house to spacious decks with outdoor seating, BBQ and cottage garden.

Cape Cottage is in a great location to explore Waiheke Islands know vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Te Motu, Goldie Vineyard, and Miro/Casita Miro,as well as the iconic Saturday farmers market, Countdown supermarket, Waiheke's new EcoZip line and other lovely local cafes.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed.

Please note: Cape Cottage can accommodate 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults. The price per night is for 6 people with an additional $50 per night per person to a maximum of 8 people. An exit cleaning fee of $200 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times.

This home is well located, and has a lovely indoor outdoor flow. we enjoyed the option to choose the garden setting at the rear of the house or the front deck. good options to find shade and sun. well equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. loved being able to walk to the beach or shops within five minutes

The charming Cape Cottage was absolutely perfect for our group, assembled for a family wedding at Goldie Estate – really comfortable & clean, very well-equipped and brilliantly located, with great sea views and just a short walk from Oneroa’s lovely cafes and specialty stores. And Stay Waiheke’s service was excellent through a postponement of the wedding, and the transfer of our booking from another property.

I cannot fault this lovely house, it's perfectly positioned just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Oneroa, but in a quite street and with the added bonus of ocean views. The decor is wonderfully done, stylish but also very comforting, whilst the cleanliness was flawless. The three bedrooms were all super comfortable, and all the amenities were great. Communication from the booking team was also very thorough. I just wish we had more time to spend here - but the wineries and restaurants of Waiheke are too tempting not to explore!
