Treat yourself to the captivating views, all day sun and coastal panorama from this delightful holiday home positioned on the ridgeline overlooking Onetangi beach and bay.

Church House is a well appointed, freshly renovated 3 bedroom home with wooden floors, wood burning fire and lovely open plan living/entertaining areas. Bi-fold doors open the house to the north facing deck and lovely garden with hot tub, outdoor seating/relaxing areas large dining table, gas BBQ and simply breathtaking sea views. There is a lovely small cottage with two sets of bunks in the garden for the kids.

A 5-minute walk down the hill leads to picturesque Onetangi beach with its 2.5 kilometres of white sand and two seaside cafes. The close proximity to Stonyridge, Miro, Te Motu, Wild on Waiheke and Tantalus Estate vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for Waiheke Island. If you are after a relaxing summer holiday by the sea, attending a wedding or event on the island or looking for a convenient escape from the city with friends, Church House is it.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 2 - king bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 3 - bunk bed. Cottage with external access - 2 sets of bunks.

Please note: Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights at holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $200 applies to each booking and a comulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay, including beach towels. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Church House however please note there are only two king beds.

Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.

We stayed as a family of two adults and three young kids. The home was amazing. Furnished with an eclectic selection of art, ornaments, music and books - you could spend hours just walking around the house taking it in. The flat section has an epic view with room for games and a cliff top hot tub. Everything was very clean and tidy and there was everything you need to have a great time. Loved it!

eautiful setting overlooking Onetangi beach which was private and sheltered with a hot tub to enjoy the view. We loved the house and its layout which was great to relax and enjoy the view but also to host our family staying there. There was so much for everyone to do including games and lots of seating areas to enjoy the space inside and outdoors. Walking tracks next to the house through the bush down to the playground and beach and plenty of parking space and walking distance to the shops. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend and would love to come back.
