The layout of the property provides flexibility so all areas can be used for the extended family or just book the main house for smaller groups.

Located just a short 10-minute drive from the Matiatia passenger ferry and Kennedy Point car ferry, accessing this accommodation is a breeze. For those relying on local transportation, a nearby bus stop at the end of the street allows easy connectivity to the ferry terminal or island exploration, with a brief 10-minute walk to the accommodation.

Please note: Rates are based on 4 guests. There is a $30 per person, per night fee for over 4 guests with a maximum of 8 guests. A compulsory charge of $250 applies to each stay for exit cleaning and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Pets welcome
