Step into this beautiful vintage villa and relax – your holiday has begun.

Enter the front courtyard garden with its four outdoor white chairs positioned for the afternoon sun. The front porch leads you into a spacious and airy lounge with large comfy couches and open plan kitchen and dining area. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece or simply to heat the takeaway gourmet pizzas.

Open the French doors to the large deck complete with BBQ, an outdoor dining setting and barstools, where you overlook the park-like grounds at the rear of the home. Enjoy your coffee in the morning and drinks at the bar in the afternoon from this inviting space.

Two generous air-conditioned bedrooms are on this upstairs level. The master, with stunning bay windows, is twice the size of a normal bedroom and has its own basin and heated towel rail in the room. There is also a dressing table, chaise lounge and a freestanding wardrobe. From this bedroom you have direct access in to the family bathroom with separate shower and villa style bath, a rare commodity on the island. The second double bedroom has its own ensuite and a separate reading area and overlooks the back garden. This room has a luxurious king sized bed that can also be split into two singles upon request.

Walk around the side of the house to access the additional two garden bedrooms downstairs – both with a queen bed. Please note there is no internal access to the two bedrooms downstairs.

Kick back and relax in the shade on the lower verandah which is a great place to read your book or have a snooze in the hammock. The big grassy area is perfect for pets, for kids to run around or for a little back yard cricket.

Such a lovely stay at this rental. Clean, comfortable, sunny, beautifully furnished and with everything we needed. A short walk across the park to the Oneroa shops for excellent coffee and food. Close to the Mudbrick Vineyard for the wedding event. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Great location and a spacious, homely villa. Situated on a beautiful section.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Waiheke Is. The accommodation was superb and the service equally so. The Island has a wonderfully laid back vibe and everyone is so welcoming. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this accommodation - so close to the park, village, beach, and the Mudbrick Vineyard is just around the corner.

Beautiful and very homely. It was a very nice walk to town through a track in the park and trees. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Had a lovely weekend away with family. The place is an easy walk to town and close to bus stops and lots to do. Very homely and warm feeling with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The sound from the first floor travels straight downstairs to below bedrooms if you have different sleep schedules (babies etc) We can't wait to come back to the island and experience more of its beauty.

Beautiful house for a group, located in close proximity to town so an easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as an easy walk to Cable Bay Vineyard and a small drive to Mudbrick! Perfect location for wedding guests!

Excellent location with an easy walk to everything you need in Oneroa. Perfect place to stay with a family/group. House has lots of character and we really appreciated the crib being set up for our baby on arrival.

We were in Waiheke for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay! We were greeted on arrival by a friendly face and shown around the house. Our group of 6 fit perfectly and there was plenty of space for everyone. The town and beach were within walking distance and some wineries were close by as well. Thank you so much for letting us stay at this amazing property!

Couldn’t recommend this gem of a staycation more! The property manager was super helpful and greeted us at check-in. The location is ideal too, close proximity to both mudbrick and cable bay winery. Oneroa village is also just a short walk away. We had the best time and hope to be back soon.
