This very cozy holiday home has all the modern conveniences. The kitchen has a wonderful granite bench with a cappuccino machine, milk shake maker, toasted sandwich maker and much more. The home has a Smart TV” connected to the internet with Freeview, Topbox and Chromecast. On the deck there is a swinging couch to sit on to wind down and enjoy the beautiful views, piece and tranquility.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - 3 single beds, Lounge - fold out sofa (only available upon request)
Please note: Price is based on 6 guests with an additional fee of $30 per person per night for up to 8 guests. A cleaning fee of $200.00 per stay and a compulsory linen fee of $20.00 per person per stay applies to all bookings. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
