The meticulously crafted and beautifully presented Lannan Beach House is open plan and features five bedrooms (three with ensuite bathrooms), wrap around decks with plenty of outdoor seating and spa, a stunning chef's kitchen, wood fire, library and billiards areas with the sea just steps out the door! The fully fenced grounds with flat lawns are perfect for the friendly game of your choice and parking for the boat.
Lannan Beach House is located minutes from the main village of Oneroa, the white sands of gorgeous Oneroa beach and award winning Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards - a superior accommodation in an outstanding location. Forget the world, create memories and enjoy an unforgettable seaside holiday with loved ones at this very special property.
A kayak with life jackets is available for use.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed, Bedroom 2 - superking bed, Bedroom 3 - king bed, Bedroom 4 - queen bed, Bedroom 5 - single over single bunk bed.
Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults at Lannan Beach House. Minimum stays: 7 nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. A $400 exit clean fee and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay including beach towels applies to all bookings. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.
