This is a lovely place to stay on Waiheke. The location is an easy walk to the village and the beach. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need. The local host, Cathy Carter, is delightful and was so friendly in welcoming me to the island and ensuring I was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay over the weekend. Well appointed and within easy walking distance of Oneroa village. Cathy was great and even gave us a lift to the ferry on Sunday. Would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely stunning. A highly recommended spot to stay for an island getaway. Impeccably maintained property which plenty of privacy whist ensuring you get views across the local area. Stylish, functional and practical. Everything was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable, everything you would expect. Cathy and Rob went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had the best stay possible. Excellent communication for the duration of our stay. This house was so close to the main township so walking was no issue! Close to the main wineries also which was a bonus. Thank you for having us, cant wait to be back.

Such a special place. What can I say, we loved it. Recommend a wine on the deck while the sunsets looking out to the water. Quiet and private. Amazing having Tui's and fantails singing in the surrounding trees. Cathy and Rob were such great hosts, it had everything we needed and so many little touches even my wife was impressed with the attention to detail. Hope to stay again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at Moana 30 Runga. It was better than expected and all the extra added touches made our stay special. Cath and Rob are amazing hosts, only to happy to help which we appreciated. Easy walks to beaches, town, buses and short drives to cafes, restaurants and wineries. Perfect spot.

Perfect spot for peace and privacy. Modern well appointed and perfect for a couple and an added bonus were the sea and hillside views.

Cathy & Rob are fantastic! The property is awesome and was perfect for our minimoon. The hosts were super friendly and communication was amazing, even dropping us a clothing rack for when we had a few rainy days. All you could need for a stay as a couple, would definitely recommend!

This is a five star place - perfect for a winter getaway on the island. Very well equipped with high quality fittings and thoughtfulness, but cosy and comfortable too. We would love to come back in the summer! Highly recommended.

This was a perfect place for us to have a couple of relaxing days at Waiheke. Has everything you need and is very tastefully furnished with all the mod cons. We had no problems walking to Oneroa and the beaches and liked that it was on a quiet street so felt like we weren't surrounded by people. Also loved the tuis in the trees outside the walkway. Communication was first class.

This is a very good location for a people first timers to Waiheke and not sure of what they are going to do; Oneroa is very handy and Little Oneroa beach is a gem; In addition the bus stops are handy to take you virtually anywhere on the Island The Hosts lived up to their reputation as Super hosts and in our view went beyond our expectations Lastly don't leave town with out dining at the Oyster Inn.

We absolutely loved our stay at Moa 30, would highly recommend. The house is incredibly clean with beautiful interiors. The deck has an incredible view out to the water, great for lounging in the afternoon sun out on the beanbags. Everything you could need is provided.

30 Moa Ave was the perfect romantic getaway. A beautiful space that was private and practical. Just a quick walk to Little Oneroa and Blackpool beach. Host Cathy was lovely and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Definitely the best spot to say in waiheke. The place is incredible and it feels like you are in a luxury Villa somewhere in Bali. The perfect getaway spot. They have every amenity you could think of and the place is so clean, tidy and super stylish. I will be coming back to stay 100% . The location is also so perfect, so close to everything.

This is a really lovely rental! Just the right amount of space for 2 people to feel at home. Excellent design both architecturally and from an interior design perspective. High end finishes. Kitchen is small but efficient and we had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. We really appreciated the A/C, washer, and the ability to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops

This is a beautiful little house, accessed from a walkway and feeling very much like a little hideaway on the hill. Great view down to Blackpool Beach and easy walking to both that beach and to Oneroa. Everything was clean, modern, and nice. We loved it and will definitely be back
