This is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Fabulous sea views from the deck, living area and bedroom. You will find peace and tranquility at this stand alone property. The house uses solar power and has all the amenities required for modern living. It is also a great place to escape to in winter with its cosy interior, log burning fire and gas heater.

Please note: Hairdryers cannot be used as the house is solar powered. Also as the house is solar powered only limited small appliances are available.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants.   

Bed configuration:  Bedroom 1 - king bed.

Please note:  4wd or all wheel drive is required to access this property.  A $100 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
