A beautifully presented holiday home with fabulous sea views and close to Palm Beach.

This stunning home is ideal for entertaining with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor courtyard with its fire and louvre roof is great for all seasons. The deck provides a relaxing seating area from which to enjoy the lovely sea views. On the upper floor there is the main open plan living area along with the master bedroom with ensuite and views out to sea. There is also a separate desk for those who have to work whilst away. The other three bedrooms are on the lower floor and provide access to the garden area.

The property is a short stroll to Palm Beach and the local cafe.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - super king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen, Bedroom 3 - queen, Bedroom 4 - single

Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.
