Palm Beach

A great holiday home for up to six people with spacious outdoor areas and only a short stroll to Palm beach.

Palm Cottage is a comfortable bach with a spacious garden where the kids can play and there is an outdoor dining area with plenty of seating for outdoor entertaining. This beautifully presented property with four bedrooms is set over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is one full bathroom and an additional toilet and outdoor shower. Palm Cottage is in easy walking distance to stunning Palm Beach and the local cafe, whilst being a short drive to other spectacular beaches and the award winning Waiheke vineyards.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - super king bed that can be split into two king singles, bedroom 4 - queen bed.

Please note: A $200 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. The house has both a cot and a highchair. Pets considered upon application and written approval.

Apple door play and cameras are not operational while guests are in residence.

My winter stay at this charming, idyllic and epic bach could only be described as perfect. From the moment you arrived, you knew every care has been taken to ensure you’ve got the real Waiheke experience going. The home itself had everything you needed, really tasteful decor, full kitchen, comfortable beds, sunny outdoor dining area, a toasty fireplace and of course an amazing sanctuary backyard! It was so serene and quiet - loved the fact it was literally a few mins “slide” down to Palm Beach with the most breathtaking sunsets, and trendy Arcadia restaurant also within walking distance. If you’re wanting a real Waiheke lux Kiwi bach experience - look no further

Beautifully presented, great location, great outside entertaining areas and a very close walk to the beach. We loved staying here, it has a really private outdoor BBQ and outdoor seating area. The gardens are lovely to look at and enhance the tranquility. We loved the quaint outdoor shower which is excellent to rinse off after a swim at Palm Beach. We also found some interesting walks through the bay, and overall it was a great weekend away. We will do it again
