Bedroom configuration:
Bedroom 1: king bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds
Bedroom 3: super king bed (can be split to singles upon request)
Bedroom 4: super king bed (can be split to singles upon request)
Minimum stays:
7 nights between Christmas and mid January
3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends
2 nights all other times
Notes:
A $1000 bond applies to all bookings. The bond will be charged to the card on file 7 business days prior to arrival and refunded to the card pending the property inspection within 7 days of departure. A $400 exit cleaning and linen hire fee applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay.
