Minimum stays:

7 nights between Christmas and mid January

3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends

2 nights all other times

Notes:

A $1000 cash bond applies to all bookings. A $400 exit cleaning and linen hire fee applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay.
