The Quays at 99 Customs Street West sits proudly on the edge of the Viaduct marina with award winning restaurants, shopping and entertainment just out the door.

#3A is beautifully presented with 136 square metres of space and incredible views of the Harbour Bridge, marina and Sky Tower to enjoy. This spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms (ensuite with jetted bath) has been fully renovated to a high standard offering a chefs kitchen, entertainers lounge, sound system, dining for 6 and a cinema screen with reclining seating. Sliding doors open the space to the balcony with outdoor dining and amazing sunset views!

The Viaduct is a superb place to dine in one of the many restaurants and cafes or stroll along the water's edge to shop Commercial Bay or High Street. There is something for everyone within close proximity of this fantastic city apartment.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - double bed

Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at the apartment but please note bedroom 3 is a smaller room with a double bed. Please consider this before booking for 6 people. Minimum stays: 4 nights Christmas to early January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Check in time at the apartment must be prior to 5:30 pm as we have no facility for after hours check in.

Our host were amazing. They come to greet you personally and show you around the house. the house was amazing. view was amazing. they even stock up with fruits, snacks and coffee. They got all the stuff you need. TV was huge you feel like you are in a movie theater. If I coming to Auckland this will be my only place to stay. There are amazing restaurants behind the building. Thanks fir a lovely place and being such an amazing host.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Kim communicated exceptionally well with us and went out of her way to be of any assistance that we needed. The apartment was spacious and well appointed with everything you could possibly need and more! We had a great time and so many restaurants on the doorstep. We only used our car once in ten days. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the boats come and go all day. Lots of activity around us but when the double glazed doors were closed it was very peaceful but we enjoyed the hustle and bustle around us. We would not hesitate to stay here again and in fact have made plans for this year.

I was in Auckland for a business trip. The home is in the very center of the viaduct. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants. A stunning apartment with top end amenities. The home owner was fantastic and very attentive. I have stayed in many apartment rentals in Auckland and elsewhere, and I was truly surprised by how great this one was. I hope to stay there again in the future.
