Oneroa

Tiri Heights is a beautifully presented 2 bedroom holiday home with wonderful sea views centrally located within walking distance to the main village of Oneroa and white sands of Oneroa beach.

Winter Promotion: Stay for 3 and pay for 2. Book 3 consecutive nights and get the third night free. Available from 01 May to 20 October 2024 (except for public holidays).

We love the comfortable and stylish interior of this freshly furnished light and bright bach! The lounge, kitchen and dining area is open plan with large bi-fold doors opening the home to the spacious deck, outdoor seating / BBQ area and big sea views.

The close proximity to the village and ferry, white sand beaches, Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for Waiheke Island. If you are after a relaxing summer holiday by the sea, attending a wedding or event on the island or looking for a convenient winter escape from the city with friends, Tiri Heights is it.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed

Please note: A $200 exit cleaning fee applies to all bookings and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends, 2 nights other times.

Please note: The property is not suitable for children under 8 years old.

This property is beyond gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. If you’re looking for a beach house oasis that will impress this is the place for you. Very short walk into town and to the beach. The master bedroom view is to die for. Our only caveat was that you will need to pack bug spray because you’re nestled in nature. Overall, would recommend and stay here again

Excellent in every way. Guests are generously invited to help themselves to any of the stores in the food cupboard and that was very helpful to us as we cooked a lot, and often needed just a small amount of particular items. The garden and deck, with a large overhang, also made it a lovely place to sit out in almost any weather.

Tiri Heights is a stunning property inside and out with unbeatable views, in a convenient location. Stayed here with in-laws and our baby. Even though the house is on a hill, our group easily walked to Oneroa village and back. It rained all but 1 of the days we visited but we were able to still spend some time on the deck soaking up the panoramic views. We also appreciated it was a well-stocked, lived-in house. The owners and the property managers were great to deal with.

Lovely home with spectacular views. So close to town and cafes. Welcome wine and chocolates were a nice surprise. Everything you need and very comfy beds. Would love to return when it’s warm to try out the beach.

This little cottage is a superb location - above the treeline so you can enjoy the birdlife and a superb vista out to sea. Plus a short walk into the village for breakfast and dinner options. Well sorted with heating for winter and mossy proof for summer. Excellent hosts have thought of so many extra little touches.
