Beautifully crafted and elegantly furnished you will feel at home from the very moment you walk through the door of this lovely holiday property. Positioned on the ridge above Onetangi beach, Viewpoint is brilliantly sunny and designed with comfort in mind. The open plan living/dining area with wood fire and fully equipped kitchen opens to the spacious deck and sea views. The master bedroom with superking bed and ensuite half bath is on the upper level with the second bedroom and main bath located on the main living level. The house has been fitted with quality fixtures and furnishings throughout with every detail considered for the comfort of our guests.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Viewpoint is a stunning property in an exceptional location to explore the island, relax and forget the world!

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed

Please note: During peak period rates are based on occupancy for up to 4 guests. At all other times, rates are based on occupancy for 2 guests with an additional fee of $50 per person, per night up to 4. A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $120 and linen hire of $25 per person, per stay applies to each booking. Minimum stays: 7 nights Christmas to mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. Pets considered upon application. Written consent and a $500 bond required for pets. This property is not suitable for children under 12. Heat pump will be installed 10/5/22.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful views of Onetangi Beach. Easy walk down to the beach and the restaurants and bars right on the Strand. Hope to come back someday!

A private and peaceful spot close to Onetangi beach and restaurants. Waking each morning to the sound of the waves on the beach below was so special. The views are beautiful and the sea breezes kept us cool on those hot hot days. We had a great time at this lovely property.

Amazing and stylish place to stay in Onetangi. 50 metres from the drive is a (long) stairwell directly to the beach. 15 mins walk from cafe and restaurant on Onetangi beachfront. Comfortable beds. We would stay again!
