Four bedrooms and spacious indoor living areas means there is room for all the family to have their own space. The property is in walking distance to the beautiful sandy Palm Beach. The shops and restaurants of Oneroa are in easy reach.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. The close proximity to the village and ferry, white sand beaches, Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for a stay on Waiheke Island.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - split king with kingsize mattress, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - king single trundle bed (2 large singles that can convert to double) plus a single bed, Bedroom 4 - kingsize bed and a single bed.

Please note: A $350 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay including beach towels. For short stays there is a $200 charge to heat the pool. A minimum of 3 days advance notice is required to heat the pool. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
