This beautiful home is located on two levels with the upper level containing the living room, master bedroom with ensuite and one bedroom with a separate bathroom with the lower level comprising a large kitchen diner and another bedroom and bathroom.
The large deck provides plenty of room to relax and take in the views.
Located within walking distance of Kennedy Point Vineyard and Picnic Bay for all-tide swimming.
Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - double bed
Please note: Minimum stays - 5 nights peak period. A compulsory exit cleaning fee $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Moana Retreat is not suitable for children under age 12.
All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.
